2026 CAAP Summit FAQs

  • Non-members are welcome to join us for both days!

  • Yes! During registration, please select the appropriate number of tickets. You can register others from your organization by entering their name, contact information, and registration selections.

    If you have any trouble registering please email info@thecaap.org.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and JCB. We also take checks and can send an invoice.

    Please select the invoice me check box at payment and you will receive an invoice for all applicable conference passes.

  • Yes, parking is free and on site.

  • Yes! The room block closes on April 21st. Please refer to the Summit Information page for room block information.

  • Yes! We will have coffee and an array of teas available. 

  • Breakfast and lunch are included on May 20 and 21.

  • Registration is open and will close on May 7th. Registration is not available on-site. 

  • We recommend checking your spam/junk folders to see if your confirmation email ended up there. However, if you have opted out of CAAP emails, you will not receive any confirmation. Email info@thecaap.org for any assistance regarding registration. 

  • You can transfer your registration to someone in your organization or request a registration cancellation by May 11. Please email info@thecaap.org to initiate the cancellation process. A CAAP staff member will guide you through the necessary steps and assist you with your cancellation.

    If you miss the cancellation deadline and can no longer attend, you can transfer your registration to someone from your organization. Email info@thecaap.org to make these arrangements.

  • You may bring a laptop to the sessions; however, it is not required except for the in-person Learning Labs, where having a laptop is highly encouraged.

  • If the summit is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via email, and a refund will be provided. 

  • Yes, sessions will be recorded.

  • If there is an emergency during the conference, please contact Erika Carpin, COO, CAAP at 814-221-1077.

  • We recommend business casual.

  • Yes, free WiFi will be available during the event.

  • In-Person Learning Labs (Exclusive Experience)

    The Summit will include two interactive Learning Labs, offered in person only—one per day. These sessions will not be streamed, recorded, or available virtually.

    Designed as hands-on experiences, Learning Labs focus on direct engagement, guided activities, and active participation. 

    Participants will leave with a tangible, ready-to-use tool, template, or plan they can immediately apply in their work.
