The State Partners are listed in alphabetical order.

  • Serving 27 counties, the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, a member of Feeding America, is the largest non-profit food distribution organization in central PA.

  • CLIP IS ALSO KNOWN AS THE PA POVERTY COALITION, the only statewide coalition with the singular goal of fighting poverty through public policy advocacy. Member organizations have multi-faceted agendas but combined, we represent a powerful force working to protect individuals and families who struggle against the ravages of poverty and its effects. CLIP is also known as PA Poverty Coalition.

  • The Department of Community and Economic Development fosters the opportunities for businesses to grow and for communities to succeed and thrive in a global economy.

  • The Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania is a statewide coalition working to provide leadership and a common voice for policies, practices, and resources to ensure that all Pennsylvanians, especially those with low-incomes, have access to safe, decent, and affordable homes.

  • Hunger-Free Pennsylvania is the commonwealth's single largest nonprofit provider of food resources for hungry families and one of the state's leading advocates in the fight against hunger

  • The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps low-income families pay their heating bills.

  • The Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations is the statewide membership organization serving and advancing the nonprofit sector through advocacy, collaboration, education, and other services in order to improve the overall quality of life in Pennsylvania.

  • The Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center is a nonpartisan, statewide policy research project that provides independent, credible analysis on state tax, budget, and related policy matters, with attention to the impact of policy proposals on working families.

  • The Pennsylvania Department of Human Servies' seven program offices administer services that provide care and support to Pennsylvania's most vulnerable citizens.

  • Pennsylvania Energy Assistance and Weatherization Coalition. The U.S. Department of Energy's Weatherization Assistance Program provides grants to states, territories, and some Indian tribes to improve the energy efficiency of the homes of low-income families.

  • The Pennsylvania Head Start Association (PHSA) is a non-profit membership organization. PHSA is an advocacy organization for Head Start programs, families, staff, and administrators in Pennsylvania.

  • Raise the Wage PA is a statewide coalition of community, labor, faith-based, and other organizations fighting for an increase in the PA minimum wage.
