2006 Winter Conference on Policy and Legislation

CAAP's 2006 Winter Conference on Policy and Legislation was held on February 7-8, 2006 in Harrisburg, PA. The conference featured a wide variety of speakers, including Cheryl Davis, the newly appointed Director of the PA Dept. of Public Welfare's Bureau of Employment and Training Programs.
