For the third year, CAAP and other community partners will be holding a conference focusing on financial literacy and asset building programs such as the federal Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) program. The conference will take place at the Harrisburg Hilton & Towers in downtown Harrisburg on October 14 and 15, 2008.
