You have a great new idea, an opportunity for a new program, but your staff are already stretched to the max. All you need is a little bit of extra help. But then, how do you pay for it? Finding and developing the human resources that your agency needs is an ongoing and delicate function. There are multiple organizations that develop and provide AmeriCorp members and community volunteers to non-profit agencies. PennSERVE: the Governor's Office of Citizen Service and housed in the PA Department of Labor and Industry, is one such organization.
