Eugene Brady, Commission on Economic Opportunity of Luzerne County & Lee Rinehart, National Center for Appropriate Technology

Since 1976 the National Center for Appropriate Technology has been serving economically disadvantaged people by providing information and access to appropriate technologies. Their largest and oldest project is ATTRA, the National Sustainable Agriculture Information Service, which is funded by the USDA-Rural Business Cooperative Service. Come experience how ATTRA provides information and other technical assistance to farmers, ranchers, extension agents, educators and others involved in sustainable agriculture in the United States.
