Teenage pregnancy leads Pennsylvania's youth down a dead end road that often includes living in poverty. The Pennsylvania Association of Latino Organizations (PALO), along with it's membership, have taken the issue head on. By working with young Latino women PALO has built a successful program that promotes abstinence through the self-esteem.
