New Directions: Introducing the CAAP Strategic Plan, Part 1

The CAAP Board of Directors has recently completed a strategic planning retreat. The outcome of this retreat is an exciting new mission, vision and goals for the Association. An overview of how this new direction will encompass the members of CAAP and set the tone for current and future projects will be presented in two parts.

This morning hear a more in depth presentation on the goals and actions of the the CAAP Strategic Plan. Specific initiatives will be described as contributions that each member agency can make to the accomplishment of the goals. An outline of the new committee structure will also be presented.
