Posted 1/6/09 Uniontown Herald-Standard Reports on SSA Winner Gabriella Locke Gabriella Locke, Fayette County Community Action Agency’s 2008 Self - Sufficiency Award winner, was featured in the January 4 edition of the Uniontown Herald-Standard.Ms. Locke received the Self-Sufficiency Award in October at the 2008 Self-Sufficiency Awards Ceremony held in Harrisburg by The Community Action Association of Pennsylvania. In 2007, she worked with Fayette County Community Action Agency’s Nurse- Family Partnership to provide her with help in caring for her new-born son. The Nurse – Family Partnership program provides first-time mothers with home visitations and helps families develop sound parenting skills.
