Posted 9/8/09 CAC Director Linda Figueroa Retires After more than 20 years of service, Linda Figueroa has retired from her position as Executive Director of the Community Action Commission. Ms. Figueroa was hired as Executive Director of the commission in 1988.During her tenure at the agency that serves Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry Counties, she spearheaded multiple community and economic development projects including Mount Pleasant Plaza in the Allison Hill Section of Harrisburg.
