Results Oriented Management and Accountability(ROMA) training will be held on January 26, 2011 at Temple University, Harrisburg PA.
ROMA incorporates the use of outcomes/results into the administration, management, operation and evaluation of human services. Community Action Agencies are required to provide outcome measures to monitor success in three areas: promoting self sufficiency, family stability and community revitalization. Results Oriented Management and Accountability should be the vehicle for mission renewal, improved service strategies, strong program and fiscal management, and accountability based on client and community change.
This is an opportunity for CAAP members to attend training who may not have the ability to hold training at your site or need to send a couple staff. This is also an opportunity for executives to attend.
The eight hour workshop will be hosted by CAAP at Temple University, Harrisburg, PA. The training fee for this will be $25.00 per person.
A block of rooms have been reserved at The Crowne Plaza Hotel Harrisburg, PA. To reserve a room please call 717-234-5021 and ask for a room under the community action block for January 25, 2011. The block will be reserved until December 29, 2010. The rooms are $99 plus tax. There is also an $18 parking fee at the hotel.

Upon registration the participant will be forwarded a training manual to be printed and brought on the training day

Drucker workbook will be provided to each participant
Registration begins at 8:30 and the training will begin promptly at 9:00.
Training time: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Class size is limited to 25, please register early.
