CAAP Welcomes New Addition to the FDC Program
CAAP is excited to welcome its newest employee, Susan Washinger, Family Development Credentialing (FDC) Specialist.
As FDC Specialist, Susan will assist the growing program by working with CAAP member agencies, partners, and the public to increase communication and serve as a reference for program inquiries. She will also work with FDC Advisory Committee members, Lead Affiliate Agencies, Instructors, Portfolio Advisors, participants, and others to ensure the quality and fidelity of the FDC model and the proper implementation of FDC Policies and Procedures.
Susan brings to CAAP a depth of experience in program administration, training and technical assistance.
Prior to becoming the FDC Specialist at CAAP she served as program coordinator for the Pennsylvania Coalition to Prevent Teen Pregnancy.
Susan is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Bio-Behavioral Health and a Master of Education in Health Education.
