W31H - Using Technology to Fight Poverty (IT&M)
Matty Hart, The Benefit Bank
Poverty can be addressed from many different angles and with many different resources. Technology offers unique opportunities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a Community Action Agency's mission. The Benefit Bank is an innovative technology solution that can offer CAAs new tools to execute their anti-poverty programs. Demonstrations will be given on how the program works in conjunction with various state agencies. Benefits Bank will also have an exhibit display in the conference registration area.

W32H - SE/SWP Documenting Your Success (E&T)
Bill O'Donnell, Inspiritec
Documenting successes is an important aspect of supportive engagement and supportive work programs. This session will provide technical training on the Commonwealth's data system for the job retention verification process and how to use the new iJRDSS (internet Job Retention and Data Submission System).
