W27G - How to Access Great Ideas 24/7 (B&L)

The workshop will offer participants to opportunity to discover
the many ways that over 100,000 yearly visitors use the VirtualCAP
website as an incredible resource for strategic planning and
organizational and program development. Information and materials
are freely accessible through Virtual CAP on all facets of CAA
operations.

personnel issues for an open exchange and dialogue. Whether

work and home. Identify the signs, symptoms and sources of stress

with stress and regain control over the burnt-out feeling.
W30G - Building Successful Communities (PP)

Join the Director of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency
(PHFA) for a discussion on collaboration opportunities between
PHFA and Community Action Agencies. As the Commonwealth's leading
provider of capital for affordable homes and apartments, PHFA
currently works with a number of Community Action Agencies to
create affordable housing within their communities. Participants
will hear about PHFA's homeownership programs, rental housing
development initiatives, and foreclosure prevention efforts.
