Juan Williams shares his views on how the Community Action
network can strengthen its national presence. By focusing
on the strengths and working as a true collective network,
Community Action Agencies can position themselves to better
influence the public policy arena. Mr. Williams discusses
how to foster relationships with the media, developing allies
in the discussion of poverty. This presentation is a replay
of Mr. Williams’ keynote address during the 2006 Community
Action Partnership annual conference.
